Some salesmen are born, some are made, and some are self-made. Chuck Bauer qualifies as all three. Born in Southern California, Chuck’s early years were influenced by his mother, the pilot and entrepreneur business woman. Inspired by her example and his father’s consideration for others, Chuck was well on his way to a successful life. When Chuck was fifteen, his mother died suddenly and tragically.  That event taught Chuck the value of self-reliance, and created a young man who was determined to make it on his own. From that day forth, Chuck educated himself by emulating the best and modeling the behavior of the most successful persons he knew who had achieved their success with integrity. After an early career as an EMT and then as a Law Enforcement Officer, Chuck realized he could be of more service to himself and others in the business world.

Moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico Chuck excelled as a sales professional with a local Nissan dealership. After observing the best of the best in sales, Chuck applied their skills and placed first in sales figures for 59 of the 60 months he worked there. His clients came from referrals and return customers. It wasn’t long before the main office learned of this exceptional salesman and requested his presence in training other sales professionals at the local and national level.

As his reputation grew, he became a training and sales advisory expert for a large, international electronics company. Seeking another challenge, he became a featured speaker for the first 24 hour television network devoted to personal development, “The People’s Network” in Dallas, Texas. From there, it was a natural segue to concentrating on personal development and sales presentations training in over two cities a week, coast to coast. Presenting seminars, providing keynote speeches and training sessions, Chuck has shared the stage with General Norman Schwarzkopf, Mark Victor Hansen, Brian Tracey, Rhonda Britten, Nido Qubein, and Jim Rohn among other nationally acclaimed speakers.

By the late nineties, Chuck was dividing his time between his sales consulting company and his position as Vice President of Sales for a national merger and acquisition company overseeing 80 sales personnel nationally. Responding to increasing requests from clients and associates, Chuck left his position at the merger and acquisitions company to devote all of his considerable energy, experience and passion to his life’s purpose: increasing the sales figures for each and every one of his clients, be they individuals, small business, or large corporations.

A member of the National Speakers Association, Coach University, CoachVille and Attraction University, Chuck’s marketing expertise and knack for building major technology-based infrastructures support sales and staff services for a wide variety of individuals and companies.   Results oriented, Chuck delivers interactive, high-impact speeches, consultations, seminars and workshops.

A published author, Chuck’s work has been featured in numerous business and sales-related magazines and websites. A licensed instrument rated private pilot, an expert bass fisherman, a disciplined body builder and  mountain biker, Chuck and his two spoiled cats,  “Elvis” and “Isabella” reside in Dallas, Texas.
